Waldec Vellasco Cota, born in Macae, RJ, started capoeira with Mestre Camisa in 1980 the Association of Civil Servants, in Botafogo - RJ and graduated Master in 2000.
He began his work teaching classes in Tijuca Country Club neighborhood Tijuca - RJ. He currently resides in Rio de Janeiro, and oversee the work carried out in the North, and Israel.
